How to Replace Tube on a Stenner Pump

In the video below you will see Stenner's recommended method of replacing the squeeze tube. If you do not have an adjustable pump the procedure still applies. Fixed rate pump users can skip the portion guiding users on setting the dial to 10. 

 

NOTE: When reattaching lines do not use Teflon. The plastic feral is what seals the lines to the squeeze tube if Teflon is used leaks will occur.

Stenner tubes should be changed every 6 months. If you wait until your tube is leaking it will cause corrosion inside your Stenner. 

Steps:

  1. Remove Cover on bottom of stenner 
  2. Flip cover to use at a tool to collapse roller assembly
  3. Rotate roller assembly counterclockwise to collapse roller
  4. Inspect clean and dry roller assembly, housing, and injector
  5. Install new tube and make sure to center on the roller assembly
  6. Add aquashield to pump head cover bushing 
  7. Run 2 to 4 minutes before expanding rollers
  8. Insert latch into motor slot
  9. Use cover to expand rollers rotate clockwise
  10. Replace cover and reinstall
