Maximizing the life of your Stenner tube

Here is a video and steps to maximize the life of your Stenner tube.

Stenner tubes need to be replaced on a regular basis, however it is important to maximize the life of your Stenner tube to last as long as possible. 

Tips: 

1. Install stenner correctly
2. Do not use thread seal tape
3. Hold tube fitting to tighten the nut
4. Position suction line and strainer 3” from tank bottom
5. Allow slack in tube lines
6. Clean all sediment from bottom of chemical tanks
7. Install injector with the quill in the center of the water stream
8. Store extra tubes in cool dry location
9. Make sure he roller is not seized
10. Clean roller assembly when you change tube
11. Always center tube on roller
12. Schedule Routine tube replacement and Maintenance
