Maximizing the life of your Stenner tube
Here is a video and steps to maximize the life of your Stenner tube.
Stenner tubes need to be replaced on a regular basis, however it is important to maximize the life of your Stenner tube to last as long as possible.
Tips:
- Install stenner correctly
- Do not use thread seal tape
- Hold tube fitting to tighten the nut
- Position suction line and strainer 3” from tank bottom
- Allow slack in tube lines
- Clean all sediment from bottom of chemical tanks
- Install injector with the quill in the center of the water stream
- Store extra tubes in cool dry location
- Make sure he roller is not seized
- Clean roller assembly when you change tube
- Always center tube on roller
- Schedule Routine tube replacement and Maintenance
