Stenner Pump General Installation
Here is a video and steps on general Stenner Pump installation.
Equipment needed: Fittings and connections that come with the stenner. To include: ferrules, foot weight, and injectors, tubing long enough to go from Stenner to chemical container and Stenner to pipe with some slack.
Steps:
- Cut tubing to proper length
- Place connecting nut and ferrule to suction tubing
- Install suction tubing on side of Stenner with the arrow point up
- Finger tighten into Stenner
- Install foot weight to opposite end of tubing and place in chemical container
- Place connecting nut and ferrule to discharge tubing
- Install discharge tubing on side of Stenner with arrow points down
- Finger tighten into Stenner
- Place connecting nut and ferrule into opposite end of tubing to go in injector
- Finger tighten and install injector into pipe.
