What to Do if Your Property is Closed & All of Your Equipment is Turned Off? (Mechanical Room)
1.Turn off Heaters and wait 20 minutes
2.Turn off and lock out all breakers or disconnect switches
3.Close Gas valves
4.Close Controller sample isolation valves so that sensors stay wet or remove and place sensors in a bowl of water to stay wet
5.Drain Pumps/Filters and Heaters to prevent algae or biofilm
6.Open Filter and Pump covers or lids to allow air circulation and drying
7.Lube gaskets and O-rings to prevent drying and cracking
8.Make sure that Autofill is working properly or shut off if it is not considered to be reliable. Water level will need to be maintained manually - as needed
