      How to Calibrate Edge 100 and 200 Controllers

      How to calibrate Vivo Aquatics Edge 100 and 200 controllers with the fast calibration function

      Probe Calibration is Completed by Following these Steps.

      Note -  Process is the same regardless of the probe. Mv (ORP) calibration should only be done with a buffer solution.

      Perform a water test and record the results.

      If results of the test vary from displayed controller value by greater than 1-2ppm of actual reading or pH calibration recommended for ranges exceeding .2 follow these calibration procedures.

      Log into controller by pressing the scroll wheel in, the default passcode is “0000”.

      Select “Calibration” from the main menu*

      Select the probe that you wish to calibrate.

      Select Fast Calibration, to learn more about full calibration consult the operating manual.

      Use the scroll wheel to select “P”.

      With the value under “Cal. at” highlighted enter the value from the manual test and press OK.

      Wait for reading Value to matches the water test, press Ex to exit.

      Save the results and return to the main screen.
