New in VivoPoint: Blu Image Uploads

We’re excited to share that Blu has leveled up and now supports image uploads in both Blu Chat and Blu Resolve.

You can now upload pictures of your pump room equipment, pool, and more directly to Blu to get faster, more accurate support and better understand the issues you’re seeing in real time.

Use this new feature to:

  • Troubleshoot equipment and pool issues with Blu’s assistance (like taking a picture of a leaking filter)

  • Identify equipment information from an image and find suitable replacement parts

  • Snap a photo of equipment and ask Blu about preventative maintenance

Simply open Blu Chat or Blu Resolve, attach your image, and Blu will use the information to provide more precise recommendations and solutions.
