When we talk about Basic Chemicals most people think about Chlorine.
Troubleshooting Chlorine Issues:
Pool test shows no chlorine in pool
Possible Cause |
Solution |
Test kit or reagents |
Replace test kit or reagents and test again |
Too much chlorine/bleach out |
Allow chlorine levels to drop or add neutralizer |
High Bather Load |
Add chlorine |
Not enough or no free chlorine |
Add chlorine to 2.0-3.0ppm |
